Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Shannon Joy has practiced yoga for over 13 years and has been a Registered Kemetic Yoga Instructor for three. With over 300 hours of yoga training in Kemetic Yoga and Yogic Sutras, Philosophy, and Breathwork from Yoga Skills Method, and Baltimore Yoga Village she is happy to bring her skills to Bikram Yoga Works!
